A life across a few worlds

I was born in India, grew up in Jamaica, went to college in Atlanta and spent years across Texas, California and New York before moving to London.

On a normal week, I might play football, make an ambitious curry, watch a film through an unnecessarily serious A/V setup, do yoga or meditate, and end up in a long conversation about technology, culture or consciousness.

I value warmth, curiosity, emotional honesty, directness and humour — especially people who can care deeply without taking themselves too seriously.

Things I’m into

Music and film. Football and yoga. Cooking for people. Meditation and consciousness. Travel, cities and cultures. Making things more complicated than necessary and then trying to simplify them.
